One of several barn conversions we’ve undertaken this year is now nearing completion with only the final decoration, final fix and tiling left outstanding.
A contemporary design for a new family dwelling has been submitted to Cheshire East Council. The house will be constructed in block work clad in a mixture of white render, oak shiplap and engineering brick with a slate roof. The rear elevation has two symmetrical gables fully glazed to maximise the sunlight and views over the garden. Internally, the layout offers an open plan feel with oak frame features with a classic contemporary warm homely feel.
