Super Home underway
The first phase of this project is commencing with the barn conversion weeks away from completion. In due course the house will be demolished a new stunning oak frame home linked to the barn will take its place. The oak frame bat roost has been constructed as part of the initial stage of works before the existing house can be demolished.
Outline Planning application for New Dwelling

The development of this new house near Sandbach is nearing completion with hand over expected before spring. The proposals provide an open plan living kitchen dining space and large family lounge with inglenook fireplace at ground floor.
