We have successfully gained planning permission for a replacement dwelling in an ‘Arts and Crafts’ Style in Kelsall. The dwelling is situated in the Open Countryside and we have gained permission to move the dwelling and substantially increase the size
Barn Conversion nears Completion
One of several barn conversions we’ve undertaken this year is now nearing completion with only the final decoration, final fix and tiling left outstanding.
Oak Cottage – New Design Submitted to Local Authority
A contemporary design for a new family dwelling has been submitted to Cheshire East Council. The house will be constructed in block work clad in a mixture of white render, oak shiplap and engineering brick with a slate roof. The rear elevation has two symmetrical gables fully glazed to maximise the sunlight and views over the garden. Internally, the layout offers an open plan feel with oak frame features with a classic contemporary warm homely feel.

Extension and Remodelling Designs to Family Home Submitted
We are delighted to be commissioned to work on the design development of this detached family home in Bramhall to extend and remodel it. These 3D renderings have been drawn up as part of the design process as one of various options on the external appearance. The layouts will provide fantastic open plan cooking living and dining areas as well as new bedrooms and bathrooms. Full plans have now been submitted to Stockport Council
