Draft sketch drawings and concept images have been completed to provide our client with ideas on how to extend and remodel their new home.  The brief required from the design to provide a new open plan living | dining and kitchen space and four bedrooms with a functional and spacious mastersuite.  The client wishes to bring more light to the home and the design provides open plan spaces that will be decorated with light colours with new windows to extract daylight from the outside to within the home

MSF105329Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders (MSF) help people worldwide where the need is greatest, delivering emergency medical aid to people affected by conflict, epidemics, disasters or exclusion from healthcare.

MSF deliver care directly rather than through local partner organisations. They set up and run medical services, train staff and respond to fast moving emergencies, as well as longer-term crises.  MSF exists to save lives by providing medical aid where it is needed most – in armed conflicts, epidemics, famines and natural disasters. All these situations call for a rapid response with specialised medical and logistical help. But, MSF also run longer-term projects, tackling health crises and supporting people where the need is greatest. MSF currently have projects running in over 60 countries.

MSB12198We are proud to have friends working for this organisation in far reaching parts of the world, dedicating their efforts to resolving epidemics such as Ebola.  As such James Bell Architecture make monthly donations to this brilliant organisation to support the work these people do

A fabulous new house extension in Knutsford has been approved.  The design provides at ground floor a fantastic lounge space with French doors overlooking garden, a new open plan kitchen dining space and plenty of storage.  At first floor, the design provides a new master suite complete with ensuite bathroom and dressing area as well as an additional bedroom and shower room.
