Remodelling of Dwelling in Henbury
We have been commissioned to undertake the redesign of a run down property with 1970s extensions and transform in to a contemporary new home. The property will be extended and refaced in white monocouche render, oak flat edge cladding and a zinc single storey bay to the rear. Emphasis has been given to substantially improve the rear elevation with views over the well maintained garden and Cheshire countryside beyond
Planning Permission Granted for Dwelling in the Green Gap
Planning permission has been received for a new dwelling in the Green Gap in the outskirts of Crewe. The proposals have been granted on the basis of the replacement of an existing B&B site constituting as ‘redevelopment of previously developed land’. Construction to commence later in the year
Contemporary Dwelling makes Progress
A contemporary rural dwelling is making good progress with the standing seam roof underway and timber cladding half completed.
Planning Permission for New Office Granted in Open Countryside
After 12 months of delay, this project has finally been approved. The proposals provide a new office within the open countryside of Somerford to support a thriving rural business with premises to consolidate and enhance their growth. The design has been closely developed with the clients to ensure that their current as well as future business needs have been met to guarantee longevity and future proofing of the building. The external appearance of the building has been designed to reflect a ‘barn’ style that will sensitively and respectfully locate it in its setting. Internally the offices provide an array of open plan offices, cellular offices, meeting rooms and welfare facilities.

We have successfully gained approval for a commercial enterprise establishing a once ‘open countryside’ designated site in to a confirmed ‘brownfield’ site. This will enhance the current business operations in this countryside setting and ensure that future development is measured under local planning policy as a previously developed site.
