New house nears completion
The development of this new house near Sandbach is nearing completion with hand over expected before spring. The proposals provide an open plan living kitchen dining space and large family lounge with inglenook fireplace at ground floor. A design for a new bungalow in the open countryside of Cheshire has been completed. The design has been commissioned by a farmer who requires the property for his business and is to be submitted to the council for the strict purposes of agricultural use. The layout offers simple but functional accommodation including large utility/mud room and large farmhouse open plan kitchen.
Designs for Barn Conversion Complete
Designs to create 6 new homes in the Green Belt in Warrington have been drawn up ready for submission to the council. The site will see the demolition of existing livestock buildings to create a new courtyard formation of brick buildings and conversion of existing barns.
House Extension Approved
A fabulous new house extension in Knutsford has been approved. The design provides at ground floor a fantastic lounge space with French doors overlooking garden, a new open plan kitchen dining space and plenty of storage. At first floor, the design provides a new master suite complete with ensuite bathroom and dressing area as well as an additional bedroom and shower room.
