Planning Stage Designs Completed and Submitted to the Council
Designs have been drawn up to extend and remodel an existing farmhouse. The works include single storey front and rear extensions to provide spacious living, kitchen and utility areas as well as a dormer loft conversion to provide two additional bedrooms. A new double garage and workshop as well as a complimentary landscaping scheme will complete this proposed development.

New house nears completion
The development of this new house near Sandbach is nearing completion with hand over expected before spring. The proposals provide an open plan living kitchen dining space and large family lounge with inglenook fireplace at ground floor. At first floor there are three bedrooms with a family bathroom and ensuites.
Sketch Proposals finalised to extend dwelling
