James Bell Architecture have secured planning permission to convert a substantial barn in to a new nursery in Smallwood.   The proposals seek to convert an existing building to provide two storeys of accommodation including 5 age group rooms for children with out of school / pre school rooms, multiple flexible open plan meeting and training facilities for both the nursery and wider community.  The nursery has been designed to cater for each age group’s needs, providing a unique environment for children to play, learn and advance.
