Plans have been passed to develop this period farmhouse in Cheshire.  The proposals will see the entire remodelling of the farmhouse.  At ground floor the rear of the house will be extended to provide open plan kitchen -dining-family areas.  The loft will be converted to provide additional bedrooms and a new detached garage with studio above wil be constructed.
