The design creates a Two Storey House Extension that is linked to the historic thatched barn with a traditional style barn-like appearance with clay tile roof, oak frame and clad in stained black feather board with Cheshire brick plinth. Internally the space will provide additional accommodation including 3 bedrooms and living areas. The two buildings are joined together with a glass link that offers little intrusion on the history of the thatched barn
Planning permission has been successfully gained for multiple barn conversions on a single site in Cheshire.
Drawings have been finalised for submission to extend this cottage design which has been previously approved by Cheshire East Council to provide much needed additional accommodation for the occupant. The House Extension has been sympathetically designed in Cheshire brick to complement the palette of materials of lime render, oak and reclaimed clay tile

We have completed sketch designs to remodel an existing ground floor of a detached house in Prestbury. Our brief was to look at the existing property and provide ideas to improve the layout. By removing a few walls and erecting steel beams to support the floors above we have been able to transform this space from 3 small cellular rooms to one large open plan kitchen/living and dining area for the whole family to enjoy.

The design has been commissioned by a farmer who requires the property for his business and is to be submitted to the council for the strict purposes of agricultural use. The layout offers simple but functional accommodation including large utility/mud room and large farmhouse open plan kitchen.
